Can I shop on my phone or tablet?
Absolutely! Head on over to store.wildbillssoda.com to shop on any internet capable device.
How long will it take for my order to process?
We have a 2-3 business day processing period meaning that your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days of when your order is placed. Please also keep in mind that our warehouse is open Monday- Friday 9am - 4:30pm so orders placed after 2pm will start processing the next business day.
How will I know when my order is finished processing and is ready to be shipped?
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail once your package leaves our warehouse containing your UPS tracking number.
I see a charge on my card, but my order is still processing. What’s going on?
If your order has not shipped, you’re seeing a pre-authorization charge. We won’t actually charge your card until your order has shipped. This pre-authorization charge acts as a placeholder to ensure there are adequate funds in your account before your items are sent out.
How much is shipping?
Wild Bill’s Soda ships all online orders through UPS. All of our shipping rates are calculated directly from their database. To see shipping rates, simply add an item to your cart and click the “checkout” button. Enter in your email address, your billing address, and your shipping address and you will be able to see shipping rates on the next page.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Absolutely! In the shipping method section, you can choose UPS Three Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Second Day Air A.M., UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air A.M. All of these options will expedite shipment. Please remember, there is still a 2-3 business day processing time period so after you place an order with UPS Next Day Air- it will take 2-3 days to process your order before it is picked up by UPS. Once picked up by UPS, you will receive your package the next day.
Can you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders over the phone at this time.

What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with your order, please use this link to contact us or head on over to the contact us section of our webstore and send us an e-mail including your order number and we will see what we can do for you. We are unable to accept returns of bottled soda for quality control reasons.
